- Send up to $2,500 per day, $10,000 per month (personal accounts)
- Business account limits are higher — talk to your banker
- Requests: send a payment request to another Zelle® user
- Money moves in minutes when both sides use Zelle®
A safety note: Zelle® is designed for sending money to people you know and trust. Payments cannot be reversed once sent. Neighbors First will never call, text, or email asking you to send yourself money via Zelle® — if you get that request, hang up and call us at (312) 555-4100.
e-Statements & account documents
Free e-statements are available for every Neighbors First account. Sign up in Online Banking under Settings → Delivery Preferences. Paper statements cost $3/month per account. e-Statements are retained online for 7 years — download or print any month whenever you need it.
Account alerts
Set up real-time alerts so you always know what's happening on your Neighbors First accounts. Alerts are free and delivered by push notification (mobile app), text message, email, or all three.
Configure alerts in Online Banking or the mobile app under Settings → Alerts. Available alerts include:
- Low balance — when your available balance drops below a threshold you set
- Large withdrawal — any single debit over an amount you choose
- Direct deposit received — payday alert as soon as funds post
- Debit or credit card used — every transaction, over an amount, or by category
- Card declined — real-time notification with the reason
- Foreign or online transaction — extra scrutiny on card-not-present activity
- Password or contact information changed — security alert
- Statement ready — link straight to the new statement
Alerts are informational — they don't replace regular account monitoring or replace fraud reporting. If an alert surprises you, call (312) 555-4160 right away.
